Hospitality & Tourism

We are particularly passionate about partnering with tourism operators that strive for excellence in providing accessible options for people with disabilities,  and who engage with the wider community to deliver genuine local experiences to guests.

All-Access Cottages

Witches Falls Cottages,

North Tamborine, Queensland

A need for accessible accommodation on Tamborine Mountain led owners David and Daniela to explore the possibility of providing accommodation that would suit a wide variety of users with increased access needs.

Whiteroom Architects designed a pair of Cottages on the site, which together offers genuine opportunities for people to holiday in an equitable and dignified manner whether they require increased access or not.

With flexible occupancy configuration to cater for people with higher care needs, the pair of Cottages can operate individually or together to provide accommodation for guests and their carers in separate but connected accommodation, providing a real sense of relaxation and luxury.

Arts Factory

Mount Tamborine

The Arts Factory is an emerging concept on Tamborine Mountain. The on-mountain hub will showcase the best of the Scenic Rim - hospitality, produce, art and natural attractions.

The purpose-built facility will welcome guests at a central reception, showcase the region’s produce at its restaurant & tasting rooms, host local chefs at its on-site cooking school, and facilitate workshops with our local artisans in a genuine studio & gallery environment.

Still in the Concept Stage, we are proud to be partnering with the Arts Factory to realise this exciting opportunity. Stay tuned for more updates.
